STANDARD MP ROTATOR

The innovative MP Rotator is equipped with a multi-trajectory rotating stream delivery technology that conserves water. MP Rotators provide numerous streams of water at a consistent rate, rather than just “spray” water onto landscapes. This slower application rate helps water to seep into the soil more gradually, resulting in an equitable distribution of water over the irrigated area. When compared to typical sprays, this enhanced efficiency saves 30% of water and dramatically lowers unnecessary runoff. The MP Rotator may be mounted on any standard spray head body or shrub adaptor, changing it into a high-uniformity, low-precipitation-rate sprinkler with matching precipitation at any arc and radius.

MP ROTATOR® MP800

The MP815 is the newest member of Hunter’s popular MP800 family, with a 20 mm/hr matched precipitation rate and a 4.9 m maximum radius. The MP800 now has more system-level design and retrofit applications because to this feature.

The MP800SR, which was previously introduced, can cover distances as little as 1.8 metres. The MP800 can now irrigate spaces up to 4.9 m with uniform coverage and the same 20 mm/hr matched precipitation rate thanks to the inclusion of the MP815.

Hunter is the only business that offers three different matched precipitation rate options for pop-ups, offering consumers greater irrigation control options. Choose the basic MP Rotator, which has a modest precipitation rate of 10 mm/hr, to improve water efficiency. This is ideal for preventing runoff on compacted soils and steep slopes. For medium-grade soils, moderate slopes, and limited areas, use the MP800’s 20 mm/hr precipitation rate.

All of the benefits of the MP Rotator’s innovative design are retained in both the basic MP Rotator series and the MP800. The nozzle’s slow rotation produces powerful, wind-resistant streams with good distribution uniformity that span the whole intended range.

The innovative double-pop mechanism prevents debris from entering the nozzle in the field, and the MP Rotator is constructed for endurance in even the harshest environments with only one moving gear.
