Disc Filter

Cartridge allows water to be filtered at the demanded micron level. It has resistance to UV, heat, and pressure. Due to the materials used in its production, it is not affected by fertilizers and acids and does not rust.

It is available as 2″ ,2.5″ ,3″ and 4″ diameter

AREAS OF USAGE

• Drip irrigation systems :
It should be used before the drip pipes. Depending on the condition of the water source, it is appropriate to use a Hydro cyclone filter or gravel filter before the plastic disc filter.

• Landscape irrigation systems :
Suitable for use in landscaping irrigation systems minimizes pipe clogging and pipe defection.

 

• Water Treatment Systems :
It is used as pre-cleaner in treatment plants and units. It provides more efficient operation and longer service life of treatment devices.

Filter Selection

In drip irrigation system, a filter should be chosen according to technical data of drip pipe. it will lead to head loss and energy if the filter is chosen smaller than source volume. The filter should be selected according to flow rate.

Hydro Cyclone Filter

It is filtering the contaminants that specific gravity is heavier than water. Inlet & outlet is produced as in 2” – 3” – 4” – 5” – 6” – 8” diameter. It is possible to produce filter according to flow rate. Before epoxy coating, all tanks are applied to sand blasting and Photostatting process for surface cleaning. High resistance to UV and rust.

• Drip irrigation systems :

It is used as a pre filter in a drip irrigation system. Disc or screen must be installed after the sand filter system

• Sprinkler irrigation systems:

In open source waters, it prevents clogging of contaminants to the sprinklers and pipes and gives more efficiency for the system.

• Landscape irrigation systems :

Suitable for use in landscaping irrigation systems minimizes pipe clogging and pipe defection.

• Water Treatment Systems :

It is used as Precleaner in treatment plants and units. It provides more efficient operation and longer service life of treatment devices.

Sand Media Filter

It is used to removal of algeas, smile or other contaminants from the open water sources.
Standard production available as 2”- 3” – 4” inlet & outlet and at the 18” – 24” – 36” – 48” tank diameter. According to the flow rate of the water source, the number of tanks can be defined and suitable filter production is possible for each flow rate. Before epoxy coating, all tanks are applied to sand blasting and phosphating process for surface cleaning. High resistance to UV and rust.
