Low Tunnels

Walk In Tunnels

A walk-in tunnel is a tunnel built of steel and polyethylene that is usually semi-circular, square, or elongated in shape. When compared to high tunnels, these are shorter. When compared to low tunnels, walk-in tunnels have a higher output. If you need to use a plant protection product in a walk-in tunnel, you must use only those that have been approved for this use. The labelling of a plant protection product must identify the authorized regions of usage (the label and the instructions of use). This indicates that a plant protection product can be used in walk-in tunnels if it’s listed as an area of use on the label or if a minor use extension is approved. Tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet peppers, and chili peppers may all be grown in the tunnel.

High Tunnels

Growers are increasingly turning to high tunnels, which are a tried and true crop production tool. The term “high tunnel” refers to elevated tunnels that are more than 8 feet in height. It’s the distinction between a High Tunnel and a traditional free-standing greenhouse. All high tunnels are built to withstand strong snow and wind loads, with additional crop support. All greenhouses are pre-drilled, pre-cut, come with all necessary hardware, and are simple to construct. Many various cooling solutions, doors and end wall designs, and crop support systems are all available.

Muliti Span Tunnels

Multi span is a multi-purpose greenhouse with vertical sides and interconnecting gutters that may be used to grow a wide range of crops. It is easy to adjust the temperature because of the high ceiling. Plastic, polyethylene, or hard polycarbonate sheets can be used to cover it. We provide a variety of sizes and can also produce to your specifications. The buildings either feature a pad and fan cooling system with digital control boards or are naturally ventilated with roof and side curtains. Multi span greenhouses come in sizes of 6, 8, 10, and 12 meters. Multi span greenhouses come in a variety of sizes. Anything larger is less expensive to import and takes less time.

For our buildings, as well as all of our piping and channels, we employ only the highest quality pre-galvanized pipe. After welding, all of the sections on our constructions are hot dipped galvanised.
