When soil moisture levels are achieved, HUNTER’s soil moisture sensor turns off the irrigation. SOLAR SYNC™
The Solar Sync Sensor is a sophisticated weather sensor that calculates evapotranspiration (ET) and adjusts Hunter controllers on a daily basis according on local weather conditions. Solar Sync collects data on sunlight and temperature, then utilizes ET to calculate the proper seasonal adjustment % value to transmit to the controller. The controller then modifies the actual irrigation run time for that day by using its preset run time and adjusting to Solar Sync’s seasonal adjustment value. The Solar Sync sensor also includes Hunter’s Rain-Click™ and Freeze-Clik® sensors, allowing for prompt shut-off of your irrigation system under rain and/or freezing conditions. The Solar Sync works with most Hunter controllers and is suitable for residential, commercial, and municipal applications.

Most rain-sensing systems collect a certain amount of rain before activating a switch that disconnects the circuit from the controller and turns off the system. During such “accumulation phase,” the system will continue to water needlessly. This is especially problematic for environmentally sensitive communities, businesses, and residents. The Hunter Rain-Clik and Wireless Rain-Clik have built-in Quick Response technology that allows them to order a controller to turn off as soon as it starts to rain. The Rain-Clik may be installed on an eave or any other flat vertical surface, such as a wall or fence. A gutter mount is also available, allowing the Rain-Clik to be easily installed on the gutter’s edge.

MINI-CLIK™
Irrigating a landscape during a rainstorm not only causes plants and turf to become oversaturated, but it also wastes water. Hunter’s Mini Clik rain sensor is the most easy and effective way to stop sprinklers from operating during or after any amount of rain. It connects to any autonomous watering system with ease. When the Mini-Clik senses a pre-set level of rain, it interrupts planned watering. During a storm, this automated method guarantees that landscapes are not watered. The Mini-Clik allows the controller to continue normal watering when the storm has passed. Mini-Clik is compatible with all Hunter controllers and, once installed, ensures that the system does not wet when it rains.

SOIL-CLIK™
Sensor: Soil Moisture
Soil moisture detection is made easier with the Soil-Clik. The Soil-Clik probe measures moisture in the root zone using tried-and-true technology. When the probe detects that the soil has achieved the desired moisture level, irrigation is turned off to save water waste.
Soil-Clik is made up of two parts: a moisture sensor probe that is buried in the soil and an electrical module that connects the probe to the controller. Installing the probe is simple: simply bury it to the proper root depth for your plant material. It may be up to 300 meters away from the controller. Adjustments to the desired moisture level are made with a simple touch of a button, and actual data are updated instantly.
The module connects to all Hunter AC-powered controllers and will also operate with most other AC-powered controllers. When Soil-Clik detects sufficient moisture, it may be set to turn off irrigation.
The Soil-Clik is a water-saving device that comes with a 5-year guarantee and may be used alone or in conjunction with Solar Sync® for an ecologically friendly solution.

HC FLOW METER
Customers using Hydrawise-enabled controllers may monitor flow rates and system hydraulics with the easy-to-install HC Flow Meter. The HC Flow Meter, when coupled to the Hydrawise platform, provides a simple way to detect, monitor, and report essential flow zone data and overall system flows. When hardscape materials stand in the way, use the Wireless HC Flow Meter to quickly and inexpensively add flow monitoring to Hydrawise smart irrigation systems.
Customers may add an extra layer of landscape protection to their Hydrawise system installation by installing an HC flow metre. This guarantees that their investment is protected, that their plants are in good health, and that their outside living environment is in great shape. FLOW-CLIK™

A busted pipe or a damaged sprinkler that goes unnoticed might cause significant harm. Plants and ground cover can be inundated, slopes undermined, and thousands of liters of water squandered. In the case of a rupture, Hunter designed the Flow-Clik flow sensor to protect against these damages. The Flow-Clik may be configured to operate at a certain flow rate. If the flow rate exceeds the specified limit, the irrigation will be turned off. WIND-CLIK™
If you look at any sprinkler’s performance chart, you’ll see that the data was acquired from testing done in the absence of wind. Of course, not every day is peaceful in the real world. And, while most sprinklers can still operate at near-peak efficiency in the presence of a breeze, when the wind picks up, water coverage becomes difficult, doubtful, and downright filthy. When windblown sprinklers wet pedestrian pathways or streets with passing automobiles, it can create a liability concern. The Hunter Wind-Clik is the most cost-effective option in these scenarios since it automatically shuts down irrigation systems during periods of heavy wind (shut down points are customizable) and then automatically resets the system when conditions improve. One of the worst things that can happen to a landscape is accidentally irrigating in the middle of a cold frost. Irrigating during a freeze in some regions, where temperature variations are unexpected, is not only harmful to landscapes, but also to persons who may walk or drive close. These threats become a thing of the past when the Hunter Freeze-Clik sensor is placed in a system. When freezing temperatures are detected, Freeze-Clik will shut down an irrigation system automatically. Freeze-Clik allows preset programming to execute when the temperature recovers to an irrigation-friendly level.
The Freeze-Clik is simple to install and use, and it may be combined with other weather-sensing devices to provide effective watering in all sorts of weather.

MINI-WEATHER STATION
Being ready for shifting weather is essential for successful irrigation. The Hunter Mini-Weather Station combines each of Hunter’s three separate sensor devices into a single handy unit, allowing system operators to be as prepared as possible. In a storm, the Mini-Clik® rain sensor turns off irrigation and stays it off, automatically correcting for the quantity of rain that fell. When external temperatures drop below freezing, the Freeze-Clik® prevents system activation by immediately halting the flow of water. When there is a lot of wind, the Wind-Clik® turns off the systems and then automatically turns them back on when the conditions are better. The Mini-Weather Station is simple to set up and use, requiring only two wires to connect to the controller. It ensures effective watering even during extreme weather fluctuations.
